Well-prepared civil litigation — from urgent injunctions that stop the damage, to final decrees and their execution.
Civil disputes over money, contracts and rights can drag on when they are poorly framed. We focus on pleading your case correctly from day one, seeking interim relief where it matters, and pressing for a timely decision.
We conduct civil suits before the City Courts Karachi and the Sindh High Court, which also exercises original civil jurisdiction in Karachi for higher-value suits, together with appeals, revisions and execution proceedings.
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908; Specific Relief Act, 1877; Contract Act, 1872; Limitation Act, 1908
Yes. The Limitation Act, 1908 sets deadlines for different suits — commonly three years for many money and contract claims. A suit filed late can be dismissed on that ground alone, so seek advice early.
In genuinely urgent cases the court can grant an interim injunction at the first hearing, even before the other side appears, which is later confirmed or recalled after hearing both parties.
File execution proceedings. The court can attach bank accounts, property or salary and sell attached assets to satisfy the decree.
